Well, I never did Fleet but I did have to take 3 tbs of MoM and I about puked at that taste - HORRID. I just had surgery on the 10th so stuff is really fresh in my mind too - all I can say is get up as soon as you can after surgery - you really won't want to but it is best for your health. I was up 7 hrs after surgery and hating every step haha.

Michelle!! Forgive me for not emailing you at work! Sheesh...I wrote your date down on my calendar I thought...apparently I was wrong! I'm so excited for you and have already said a prayer that things will go well and that your surgeon's hands will be guided by God. I just know you're going to do fine! and yer gonna LOOK Fine!! Mighty FINE! ;) You take care of yourself....and I'll be checking the board for practice. I'm so proud of your courage! and your before surgery loss!! I'm down 96 lbs. and doing real good. Michelle: Good Luck to you with your surgery tomorrow! I had to drink Mag Citrate, lemon flavor and it was gross, I finally had to start chasing it with a diet sprite to get it down. Then I kept wanting to but I never did. I agree with everyone about getting up and walking after the surgery, I got up that night and walked just fine. I was glad to get up after laying down for so long and even sitting up in the chair beside my bed was a help. You are going to do just fine and we will all be waiting for you here on the losing side!!! Kelly S
