BACK PAINS

SINCE I LOST THIS WEIGHT MY BACK KILLS ME DOES ANYONE KNOW WHA I CAN DO TO HELP IT

Dawn, I have bouts of back pain also. I've gone to the chiropractor for adjustments and need one right noe real bad. Also, sometimes my lower back will hurt if I am constipated...just thought I'd throw that in there. Hope you feel better soon.

Ditto with Tonya. I bought a compression garment off of ebay. Can we just say LOVE IT. It has helped me. It gives me support in my lower back. I too go to the Chiropractor due to my lower back. My back didn't hurt that bad when I was pregnant. Wish I could tell ya what worked for me to get rid of it, but can't. Lynn
