Super Prayers Needed

Ok guys now i need super prayers ...My moms friend Tressa has just been moved to the ICU due to breathing problems ....My mom is down there with her now and i am about to call to get a update ...but pelase keep her in your prayers ....I allready know she is going to be fine and god is watching over her but alittle extra never hurt !!! she is a special person and needs to come home !!!! I will lift your family's friend up in prayer. I will also lift you and your mom up in prayer as your strength is being tested as well. I pray that she finds the strength and comfort of the Lord while he is at her side in her time of need. I pray for the family and friends as thay are needed for her comfort and strength. Laura, I had the exact same thing happen to me when I had my surgery 5 weeks ago. I had my surgery on a Monday and was in severe pain and Tuesday they found a leak. I had a high fever when they rushed me back into surgery to fix it and when I woke up in recovery I still had fever and a high pulse rate with breathing problems so they moved me to ICU. Once there my body was able to rest and recover from the infection and trauma & everything went back to normal and I was moved back to a regular room within about 24 hours. So I know what your friend is going thru but I also know that she will be ok. I will keep her in my prayers but just know that her body needs time to rest and recover and she will be ok. ~Bonnie

Bonnie...THANK YOU so much for sharing your experiences. It sure makes this a lot easier on all of us. I've come to know Tressa via phone and email, not met her in person yet...but SOON! She is a revision patient as I was and Laura hooked us up. She's a joy to talk with on the phone...just a fun lady. I talked to her the night before surgery. She was positive, upbeat...just ready to get it done! I talked with her the day after her surgery. It's amazing how one minute can change a life. I truly believe she's in good hands. Dr. Burrowes is a very qualified surgeon. I was terrified of leaks before I had my surgery.....one reason I opted for Fobi Pouch..it cuts down on that a bit. You pay out the nose for it..I'm STILL Paying for it! lol...but for my peace of mind I had to have it. Who needs a vacation at the beach anyway?? ;) Laura, thank YOU for the updates! Please convey my thoughts and prayers for her through your mom. This just stinks! Im so sorry she's had to go through this.
