Update On Kelly S. Surgery today 2/16/05

Hi Everyone!!! My sister Kelly S. had her surgery today!! She did fine. Her blood pressure was up a little after surgery so they kept her in recovery an extra 30 minutes but other than that she passed with flying colors. She came back to the room a little groggy and in pain but nothing out of the ordinary. She asked that I post her progress so if anyone has any questions I would be glad to answer them!! Hurray!! She is finally on the losing side!! I am post op since 11/4/03!! We are a WLS family!! Penny F.!!!

Hi Penny, I was glad to see you post about Kelly. I tried to call today but was told she didn't have a room yet. If you could email me with the number that goes directly to her I would appreciate it. Kelly and I have been chatting back and forth and I told her I would call to check on her today. I am glad to hear she is doing ok. Did she end up having lap or open? I know this was a concern.
