SURGERY ON WEDNESDAY!!!!

Hi All: I am having surgery on Wed 02/16/05 at Emory!!!! Its getting really close now, I am in the home stretch after all these months of waiting and jumping through hoops. I am trying to stay busy. My DH took me out last night for my last meal/Valentines dinner at Carrabas-yum! We tried to go see Phantom of the Opera at the movies, but missed the showing we wanted and wound up seeing The Aviator, which was good I have my pre-op appt tomorrow, so I guess I will hold the panicking until then I want to thank all of the people on the board who have supported me and been there to encourage. I have enjoyed attending the GA Board dinners and the OH convention here in Atlanta. It has been such a help. I dont think I could have done it without the board and the people, to remind me everyday that it is possible. I dont have my surgery time yet, but when I get it on Monday I will post it on the board. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Hugs Kelly S

Congrats Kelly!!! I know you're anxious...This is so great. I had mine on the 7th and I'm feeling so good right now. The roughest days are the first couple, but they're tollerable, it will get better each day after. I'm excited for you!! Best of luck, Hugs and Prayers. Kelly

Dearest Kelly, Girl, you are going to do just fine on Wednesday. Just remember why you are doing this and keep busy. That was what I did. Prayers also helped me. If you need to talk, I am here.
