A wonderfully sweet gesture...
Just had to share this bit of info with everyone. Yesterday I went in for my consultation with Dr. Hart. I have been very open with the people that I work with about what I am doing. So this morning when I got to my classroom, one of the other teachers who just had this surgery in December brought me my very own "Survival Kit".
On it she had written "Patrice's Survival Kit"
It's not so bad to be
on the losing team.
I thought this was so sweet of her.. It brought tears to my eyes because I know she is aware of exactly all the emotions that I am experiencing at this time.
Plus it shows me what a wonderful dear friend/co-worker that she is.... I am truely blessed to have such in my life as I embark on this journey.
