Support Group Meeting in Columbus GA 2/8!

Some of us were requesting info about a support group meeting being held here in Columbus Ga on 2/8/05. I just visited the events page and it says the Peachtree Surgical and Bariatrics support group meeting is scheduled for 2/8/05 at 6:30 at the Texas Roadhouse here in Columbus GA. Public is Welcome. is it a meet n greet kind of thing ??? ANyone talked to Dr Duncan's office to find out who is coming down to host this???

I called Dr Duncan's office and left a message for Jennifer. Will let you know what I find out.

I talked to them this morning. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 tonight. But Jennifer said that they did not have any contact information on the person who is heading this meeting. She did say it was an open forum. Hope to see everyone there. Kim

I am trying to get in touch with someone at the Texas Roadhouse to make sure an area is reserved and see if I can find out the contact persons name or number. No one at Peachtree or at the Wellness Center has a name or number for this person. Will post when I find out more info. Kim

I just got off the phone with the Manager at the Texas Roadhouse, he had no idea what I was talking about. He said no one has contacted him about reserving an area for a meeting or anything. He also mentioned that he has never heard of Peachtree Bariatrics....... I will call Jennifer Bowdin back at the Wellness Center and see what we need to do about getting something established down here in our area. Would anyone still like to get together just to do a meet and greet with others in our area? Kim
