QUESTION????

I HAD SURGERY ON FRIDAY AND CAME HOME ON SUNDAY - I AM NOW HAVING A LITTLE DIAHRREA (SP) IS THIS NORMAL AND SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT IT? PLEASE LET ME KNOW...

I bellieve that it is normal for a lot of people. Since you have no food and then all the liquid they pump in, it seems like the likely thing to happen. It did to me any way. Just keep an eye on it and if it continues longer than a few days, I would call your doc and ask them. Let us know what happens. Hugs, Debra =^..^=

I had surgery Wednesday and came home Friday and am still having very loose stool. From what I was told the dye test we take gives us diahrea and then it can constipate you. Also, I was drinking apple juice and found once I stopped the amount of times I needed to go potty lessened.

I think it's normal, but I'm not a doctor (and I don't play one on TV.) Whenever you have a question about what's going on with your body, please call your surgeon's office. They are the only ones who can give you peace of mind. Congratulations on your surgery. Roberta
