I would love to know honestly what everybody is eating in a day's time. I am hoping I am not eating too much food. I am 5 months out and I have been cleared to eat all foods now. I have not tried sugar at all yet. I seem to be stuck right now. I wanted ideas on everybody's food intake for a day. Thanks! Sheila

I'm probably not the best person to answer this, cause I'm definitely doing stuff I shouldn't....but I'm looking at this like food confession for a non-Catholic Here's what I ate yesterday: 1 reheated Krystal burger from Saturday night and 1/2 a coke (yes that's right folks, I have fallen off the soda wagon and landed face first in the mud)-breakfast (so to speak) a kid's chicken finger dinner at Long Horn's-ate about 2 1/2 of the tenders (they're smaller than the adult portion), the heads off of 5 very small asparagus stalks, and about 4-5 french fries; drank 3/4 unsweet, 1/4 sweet tea small Marie Callendar's chicken pot pie, about 1/2 of it and another half a coke-dinner So far today I've had the the chicken nuggets out of the inside of 3 of the new Chick-Fil-A mini chicken biscuits, about 5 hashbrown rounds, 1/2 a coke-breakfast 1/2 a Stoffer's turkey with escalloped noodles frozen lunch and water-lunch So as you can see, soda is my big problem. I can eat 2 of the Hershey's miniature bars at a time so I have a couple of those every couple of days. I feel so guilty, should I? I'm working on keeping tea at home so I'll drink that instead of soda, I don't like my tea very sweet at all so it would be much less sugar. I can't do the artificially sweetened stuff, really not any of it. It makes me feel worse than sugar. I don't know why I can drink sodas, but too much orange juice makes me feel dumpy....there's got to be more sugar in a coke than a glass of oj! I hope you find your grove and get into a healthy pattern for you. Don't be like me, don't even try the sodas. You might find out they don't cause you problems! Good luck! Kelle

Thanks for the kind words Marcia....I am proud of what I've accomplished, I just know that the weight lose will slow down and then I'll have to start being very careful with what I eat (and drink). I wanted to tell the original poster that if you put this question on the main board, you'll get a ton of responses and some really useful info! Kelle
