I am home!!
I felt so good in the hospital and was dying to come home. Well, I got up this morning feeling like crapola!! My left hand, where they put the IV is swollen and feverish. The doctor says to put hot compresses on it. My temp was up to 100 tonight, but the said not to worry about it unless it goes over 101. The protein drinks make me want to barf....Can I complain any more?
Thanks to Tami, Cathy and Becky for calling to check on me. Also, to Becky for stopping by to see me--you are a sweetie. My daughter has already attempted to lift the chapstick, but I put a stop to that right away!! And of course to my wonderful family here on this website for always being there for me and keeping me in your prayers. Continue to do so--like I said, I don't feel so good right now.
I stopped by and talked to Kimberly a while before I left on thursday. She was doing great. I have not heard, but hope she made it home today. I know she is tired. I slept the entire afternoon and night when I got home!!
Thanks for everything guys. I love you all.
Carol
Hey Carol,
I am so glad all went well for you and that you are now home. Welcome to the "LOSERS" side!
Please get plenty of rest and don't try to overdo. I'm so sorry you are not feeling well this morning, and that your fever will soon go down. Things will get better, I promise.
I will continue to keep you in my prayers as you recover. You are on your way, girl!
God bless you!
Pat
