Carol Godfrey update!

I just got off the phone with Carol's husband (who by the way, stayed the night with her in the hospital!) As we spoke, she was out cruising the halls! She had a pretty good night, and everything so far seems to point to her coming home tommorrow! So everyone, lets keep her in our prayers, and Kimberly Warren is having her surgery today as well, so lets pray for her too! Cathy

Hey, Cathy, I was able to visit Carol and Kimberly today. (Prince let me leave early to beat the traffic!) Both look great!!! It's still looking good for Carol to go home tomorrow! Hugs, Becky

Becky, Wow! I am so happy that you were able to see them both today...I am so relieved that they seem to be both doing okay, it seems like for awhile there everyone was having some sort of complication, and it is so good to know that they are doing so far so good! Becky, totally off topic, but I'd like to pick your brain a bit if you don't mind too much. I know that you have said that you are a kindergarten teacher, and my oldest will start in the Fall. Would you mind telling me what kinds of things that the kids should know by the time they start. My sister who lives in Chatanooga, told me that she thinks that now kids have to be evaluated just to enter Kindergarten? Is this true? I recently took him out of the Lotto Pre-K, for alot of reasons, and have involved him in some other classes, but am now concerned... Thanks so much for any help/advice you can give me. I tend to be a overly concerned mom when it comes to my oldest, for reasons I will have to tell you about sometime. Cathy
