1 month check-up!!!

hey everybody I havent been on in a while so I wanted to give a update,I went to my 1 month check-up today and I am down 28lbs since surgery whooohooooo!I am under 300 for the first time in a long longggg time.im at 298 and I cant explain how happy it made me feel to see those #s on that scale today,I am so happy and I do not regret choosing to have this surgery for one sec I would do it all again........Ive missed you all!huggssss Amy C.
