I am SO pissed right now at The Boortz Show on WSB Radio. He is an idiot. Thay have been on there talking about the bill for obesity and he does nothing but slam "fat" people saying that we are lazy and we should be able to do this on our own. I really DISLIKE this guy!!! Why are people so unfeeling about obesity????? It is an acceptable form of discrimination in the mainstream society. People can say whatever they want about fat people and get away with it. I can't believe that this radio station ALLOWS this, but every radio station in Atlanta makes fun of fat people so I guess I should expect this. The funny part about this guy in particular is that he is SO ignorant. He is clueless about the surgery...he just hates fat people. He should be banned from saying ANYTHING...EVER *lol*. Shree

Yeah, he is an idiot. He was even saying that insurance shouldn't cover pregnancy *lol*. The worst part about him is that he will hang up on people and not let them get thier point across THEN he will slam them on the radio. He doesn't even have the balls to have an intelligent debate with anyone. I bet he was picked on alot when he was a nerdy little boy and now he is taking it out on everyone else. Hi Shree, My name is Kristy and YES I totally agree with you on this subject!!!!! With America being so Pc these days it seems that "FAT" people are the last group that everyone can "dump" on. No it's not because we are lazy and do nothing but stuff boxes of ho-hos down our throat I know many thin ppl who can out eat me in a second. I was born with the tendency to gain weight like nobodies business and the only way I could keep from doing this would be to live my life on lettuce!! Maybe one day society will finally realize that obesity is a disease!! Of course this might require a few discrimation law suits but I'm sure Mr Boortz has plenty of money to cover one of those!!!!!!!!!

I LIKE Neal Boortz!! Now before you throw rotten veggies at me, let me explain. I'm in the same corner as Boortz on most things, but have always disagreed with him when he talks about obesity. We are doing just what he wants us to..........we are talking about him.......good, bad, doesn't matter, we are still talking about him. One of the post-op's from the Wings group was able to get in to him and spoke on the air. I didn't hear it, but from what I understand she did a good job. In all actuality, his talking badly about the proposed legislation, may have the desired effect of helping to pu**** through. It brings it closer to the forefront.
