I posted this on the main board but thought I'd post here also. Does anyone have a living will that would be willing to share the wording. Ooops let that one slip up on us and hubby's surgery is Tuesday, Feb 1. Thanks in advance. Everyone here is so helpful. We really appreciate all you give to others along this journey. Debbie

Debbie, Hey here is a website you can go to and download the free PDF files for Georgia Advance Directives. http://www.partnershipforcaring.org/Advance/ when you go to this site, click Download State Specific Documents. Hope this helps. If not, go to a hospice or pallative care website and they should be able help you. In all actuality, you can write it out, and have 2 witnesses who would have no cause to benefit from your death to witness it. Say a co-worker or pastor or someone who is not related or in the will. This is binding as an advance directive and will hold up in any court. It does NOT have to be notarized or any legal action. Just 2 witnesses with your signature. Hope this helps. D'Lynn

Debbie, I used the ones off this site. They are specifically for the State of GA. http://www.familycaregiversonline.com/legal-medical.html#Power%20of%20Attorney%20Forms Denise

Thanks Denise. Hope you didn't have too much trouble from all the ice yesterday. Broken pine limbs is the worse we've had.
