How's the weather over there?

Hi Cathy! I've lived here all my life. Yes, about once a year we get Ice. Maybe every other year at best. It sucks--but if you've managed to keep your power, count yourself lucky. Being powerless in the cold sucks worse. ha! Oh man--I'd be in a panic if I thought a tree was headed toward my closet. I'd get out my favorite outfits if I were you! Only thing worse is if it hit the pantry! heehee Hey D'Lynn--I've had my pity party for myself-and have gotten over it. I'm thinking this is a minor stall in my process---but will NOT give up on this WLS. In fact, maybe this is my medical issues that will convince my insurance company that I'm worthy. I'm just hoping this Cardiologist has good drugs-I do NOT want to know anything when I get in there to have it done. I see him Mon. in his office (near Dr. Hart's!) and we'll schedule the test then. I've been a big baby about the whole thing long enough now, though-so it's time to put on my game face and get it done. I just HATE medical testing of anysort. Especially the kind involving pain. Stay warm!! I'll let you know Mon what he says. Don't you think this guy looked about 21? Would you let him do this test if you were in my shoes???? Michelle

well things are ice covered here and the satalite keeps going in and out ...So taylor and i decided to go to the movies ...Wronge they were closed ...so we went to blockbuster since i have the movie pass and all and we reanted a movie and i just took it back and got another one ...But we were spouse to go to the funny farm tonight to see a bunch of comidiens from Last comic standing so i am sooooo mad right now i could spit !!!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHH we had it all planned out and soooo ready to go ...and now we are at home with a fire going a movie ready and a bottle of wine chillin !!!! Laura

HELLO Ga!! I TRAVEL FROM JACKSONVILLE ALA TO MCDONOUGHA GA TO VIST BROTHER IN LAW .. AND I AM SO GLAD WE DID IT YESTERDAY ABOUT 2 BECAUSE WE WOULD HAVE NEVER MADE IT LAST NITE WOKE UP THIS MORNING ICED IN HIS HOUSE . IT TRULY IS PRETTY THO .. Our power ended up going out for about 3 hrs. We made the most of it though. We started a fire, got batteries for the radio and played board games. Sometimes it takes an ice storm and the power to go out to slow down and have some quality time...ya know? HUgs, Tonya
