Well, dad was supposed to have triple or quadruple bypass tomorrow morning, but he got a call this morning and was told it had been postponed until Saturday. (He was advised when surgery was scheduled, that since Emory is a transplant hospital, there was the possibility he could get bumped.) Sooo...we still don't know what time Saturday. My concern here is, that he has been having chest pains this week. Once was bad enough for him to take the nitro, which stopped the pain. So...kinda on pins & needles until I can get that ornery ol' fella hooked back up to a heart monitor!! (For those of you who don't know.. I mean that LOVINGLY!) I want to thank you ALL for being so sweet and thoughtful and offering all the prayers.. If you would, PLEASE continue the prayers... I am actually almost MORE scared about him being home alone, than I am about him going through the surgery.... I will let you know more as I know. Thanks to you all again! Love!!!

Hang in there!! Of course, he told Ann W. the other day that this was a great way to get out of the OVs next week - he'd have to remember that for next year. Right. He'd better not, huh?? Just know that he (and YOU) and in many prayers. Ann in Duluth

Tami: I have not been on the board much lately, since I have been extremely busy at work. So I just got on and saw this post. I am sorry to hear that about your father and I would certainly have him in my prayers for a speedy recovery. I know he is very special to you. Please take care of yourself and he will be just fine. Hi Sweet Lady!!! How are you? I'm going a little nuts with my dad...he's not exactly being an exemplary patient! Don't rush yourself over those clothes! You are just so sweet to offer...won't you PLEASE let me pay for the shipping or SOMETHING? Hey.. I have to tell you I was teasing my friend about how teensy your little Yorkie is compared to her Yorkie monster! LOL! She needs to put that pup on a DIET! Take care of you...stay warm!! It's supposed to freeze here tonight. -Tami
