How RUDE!!!! I would be furious too!!! Keep bothering them until you are satisfied. You've got private mail. When or if you make another appointment, ask for a doctor who is knowledgable of your particular problem. They owe you your money back...they wasted your time. Wow, this makes me scared now. I have my 1st appointment with his office next week. But I guess with every surgeon, there is always a chance of something happening. I am very sorry to hear of the problems you are having. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Kim
