Juice Plus
I began using Juice Plus about a year ago and am very pleased with them. I had my surgery 11/9/04 and a major disappointment was that I would have to discontinue my Juice Plus. I have since found that they come in gummies and I have been taking the gummies. However, the gummies do not provide as much fiber as the regular capsules and that little bit of extra fiber was exactually what I needed. I found that I feel better and have more energy when I am taking Juice Plus. For me they have been worth the money and the effort.
I take them and have been since 2000. My daughter's doctor recommended them for her and said they would be good for anyone. I know a lot of people say the cost is overboard but not when you compare these whole food supplements to chemical vitamins that don't always dissolve and some studies have shown chemical vitamins do harm instead of good. Also the Juice Plus cost per day is like buying a snack & coke from the vending machine . Not that we do that these days but all the more reason to put it towards a good for you product. A lot of people say they are afraid the capsules will hurt going down. I hold them in my mouth for just a few seconds til I feel the capsule starting to melt then I swallow it. No problem.
