On the road :)

After much self searching and deliberation, I finally made my mind up to face my situation and to accept that I need to take the first steps on this road to a new me. I finally got a consultation date.... Believing that this door of opportunity was opened for a reason I will be taking full advantage of it. Now if February 7th would only get here..... I am fully excited and very optimistic about what the future holds for me.

I recently made the same decision! I had my consult this past Monday! Like you, I am very excited and very optimistic about the future as well. Good luck with your consult on the 7th... hopefully soon we can be losers together! Kathy

Patrice, This is amazing...I am from Eastman too. I had my first appt on the 17th and have completed all of my requirements, just waiting for the Dr to get all the results and submit to the insurance company. Who are you using for your doctor? D'Lynn Rogers

D'Lynn, I have an appointment with Dr. Hart on Feb. 7th, I am really hoping that when I meet him that I will feel comfortable with him. I feel that in order to be sucessful with this, that I must be able to communicate with him. Patrice, I worked at the hospital for 7 years prior to quitting and now I work in the nursing home in Montezuma, which I love. I worked in L&D at Dodge Co Hospital.
