Need Your Help!!!!

I need to know the name and phone number of a PCP in the Atlanta or Decatur area who approves of WLS and accepts BCBS-HMO. Please respond as soon as possible!! Thanks so much!!

well I go to eagles landing family pratice and see Matt, at the stockbridge office He and I know some of the other doctors in the pratice approve for this, they have offices in alot of places. Im not sure where you are so they have an office in Ellenwood, Stockbridge, Mcdonough, Hampton. Im sure they take your insurance too. I have bcbs. They have alot of doctors that work in there many offices. Jen
