Hey everyone! I had a couple of questions. Can anyone tell me what the pre-op exam entails? Does it include a gynological exam? (With Dr. Proctor in Gainesville) Also Has anyone ever found Chewable Iron supplements? I can't find them!! or, is there Iron in liquid form? Kelly

I'm not sure that a GYN exam is required. I did have one b/c I have PCOS. I guess it couldn't hurt. Never heard of a chewable form of iron. I take Easy Iron and just break open the caplets into some applesauce or a little bit of OJ. I find these iron pills don't constipate me like the others. Good luck, TOnya

I didn't have to have an OBGYN exam for my surgery. I had a sleep apena, and ulcer test, EKG and blood work. But tother than those that was all. Dr. Proctor is the greatest. You can call and ask them what it all includes and they will tell you. If you need anything, let me know. My doc is his partner. Hugs, Debra =^..^=
