I know you can get several different smoothies with high protein, low sugars, etc... My question is this, are they really healthy? Can you drink them after having surgery? I was introduced to them last weekend and I LOVE it! lol Was wondering what everyone else thought about it?

I'm not sure whether or not they are good choices, but...I am addicted to Slim N Trim, Strawberry. All of the people at Smoothie King know exactly what I want when I walk in the door. I use it as a meal replacement, but the carbs are pretty high. I've tried a few of the other ones, and they make me dump...no citrus or apple. I get the energy boast sometimes. You cannot taste it. I have a membership card and get discounts...well worth the $15 for me. I also earn a free 20 oz. for every ten drinks. Hugs, Becky

You don't have to be a member to earn the free drink for every ten!!!

I went by there last night and got one of their brochures. They have several that are high in protein but low in carbs. I am worried about the sugars though. I am just worried about getting in enough protein and I haven't even had the surgery yet! lol I was just wondering what everyone else thought and if they could give me some reccomendations. thanks for responding.
