Compression garment woes

I bought a compression garment at the Convention on Saturday, and I love it. Only problem is that it rubs on my thighs terribly. My dear resourceful husband gave me a simple solution last night, and so far it seems to be working. He told me to cut out the crouch on a pair of pantyhose or tights, and wear them under the garment. It does not seem to ride up and rub against my thigh so much. Leave it to my redneck hubby to come up with a solution for woman's undergarments
