you can request one through this site and when people look at your profile it will say that you dont have an angel yet and if someone would like to then they would sign up. I hope you get one i here they are great i would but i dont know how helpful i could be right now but i will still pray for you.

I dont know about the angel thingy because I am new here, but I am going for my first visit with Dr Hart on the 17th of this month. ANy pointers to have before I go so I can have as much as possible to get the ball rolling? Also, you stated you have BCBS, when does your policy renew for them? They stated they are not covering this surgery in 2005, but our contract doesnt end until July 31, so hopefully that will cover it unless my pre-existing clause kicks in.
Get a list of questions together so you will know what you want to ask. I had already had my psych evaluation done and some of the testing necessary. I wrote my letter for my PCP of medical necessity and made an appointment with him to get it signed. I started the process October 29th and was approved December 23rd. Kimberly, I'd suggest you give BCBS a call and find out (from their pre-certification folks) just what the criteria are. When I did that in November, they gave me a list of what they require. With that in hand, you could go ahead and get appointments set up as needed to take care of things, and the ball will already be rolling when you meet with the surgeon. Good luck to you!
