Has anyone had Golden Rule Insurance OR Humana PPO OR any other insurance carrier to approve abdomnioplasty (tummy tuck) or any other kind of weight loss related plastic surgery??? Please help!!!!

Just show where I had rashes, and that they were not cleared up with perscription medicine and that they continued over a period of six months. Thats all, nothing more.
