HELLO EVERYONE

Hello All: Glad to see that each and everyone of yall are all doing great, had a great Christmas with family and friends. I know the ones who have had the surgery have all been blessed with the good out come the surgery has done for you. I only wished that I had pursued this 2 yrs ago. Since I have not and the insurance company will not honor my request or appeal, I pray that you all continue in the success this surgrey has brought to you. I will do my best to loose my weight with the change in my diet and excercise routine until the insurance companies come to their senses. I did purchase something for myself this Christmas season and that is a Total Gym endorsed by Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley. It has been around for about 30 yrs in hospitals and promoted on TV. Very sturdy and stong machine that will work every muscle in your body and can do 80 exercises. Now if I work on the machine, I will see the results. I enjoy reading all the posts on this board and hearing of all your experiences and I hope at times I will be able to join yall when you have your get togethers. I am not going to give up on this wls and maybe in the near future something good will happen that all the people who need help in loosing their weight can benefit from a surgery like this. Hi Mary! Don't give up!! If you want to witness a case of someone thinking her opportunity was gone, see Shree's posts!! She thought it was done for, and now she has a date! Don't give up!!! The total gym sounds like an EXCELLENT idea! Wish I had room for something like that here, but it's back to the gym for me this week. You have a wonderful new year my friend, and keep the faith!
