only 1.5 pounds this week

I was afraid this was going to happen. This time, it is all my fault, and I know it. I wasn't diligent about my eating, and I dropped back down to about 600 calories/day for a few days. I'm supposed to be at 800-1200. I put my body in starvation mode, and I have no one to blame buy myself. Please learn from my mistake! Do what your dr/nutritionist tells you to do. Well, you could look at it from the positive side. At least you lost instead of gaining. Starving never did work for me. My thoughts and prayers are with you. If you need anything, just yell. Hugs, Debra =^..^=
