only 1.5 pounds this week
I was afraid this was going to happen. This time, it is all my fault, and I know it. I wasn't diligent about my eating, and I dropped back down to about 600 calories/day for a few days. I'm supposed to be at 800-1200. I put my body in starvation mode, and I have no one to blame buy myself. Please learn from my mistake! Do what your dr/nutritionist tells you to do.
