High protein cereal bar and cereal

Hey, Just wanted to share a new protein bar I found. It is CarbWell by post. I bar has 10g protein.5g sugar.140 calories.They are pretty good. The cereal has 11g protein. Serita 7/12/04 open rny Dr. Burrowes -112lbs

OMG i love these things ...My freind in Mich told me about them in the summer and man are they yummy ...The peanutbutter ones are soooooo good almost like haveing osmething sweet and not a protine bar ....very very very very very good !!!!! Laura

Where's the best place to find them? Walmart? drug stores? Kroger?

I found them at Walmart. serita
