Does anyone happen to have the nutritional info. for this? I thought I had it in FitDay, but I don't. I would appreciate it.

Are you sure you want to be eating bread? The nutritionist told hubby that bread tends to ball up and can block the opening from your new tummy. She said in the beginning the opening is the size of a drinking straw and would eventually stretch to the size of an M&M candy (plain, not the one with peanuts). That's not very big, no wonder it is so easy to get something stuck and that is the reason you MUST chew, chew, chew and chew some more. IF you do eat it, I'd advise you to toast it so it won't be as gummy. She also said that is the reason she doesn't advise eating rice or pastas....they swell up in the tummy.

My nutritionist told me to eat this bread. I wasn't getting in enough complex carbs and fatiguing too easily. Yes, I do toast it. And, I only eat one slice.
