Carol, I meant to send you an email before I left, but I got too busy....sigh What has been going on since you got the word from the Ins co about your approval? I want you to know that I will do anything that I can to help you through this process, even if you need someone to be there just to talk to. Cathy! What a doll you are! I read your profile and all I can say about the food addiction is "ditto". *sigh* We'll just all have to work on those issues together. I ate a double handful of baked cheetohs last night right before bedtime, just like I NEEDED them! Sheesh! what was I thinking??

Been there, done that, more times than I want to admit!!! I would love to collabarate with someone on how to overcome these issues, having surgery gives us the ability to lose weight, but it sure doesn't help us with why we gained the weight in the first place! I have come to realize that if I don't get control of myself now, I could very easily find myself right back where I started. Anyway, I hope that you enjoy your holiday!! Cathy
