Size 16!!! :-)

I just went to Rich's to get a pair of jeans to wear when my family gets together Christmas Eve. About a week ago I had to buy a pair of dress pants to wear to a dinner meeting because I had nothing that would fit. (I sent all my smaller clothes to the goodwill about 6mos before surgery in a fit of depression). The pants were a size 18 and I was thrilled because before surgery I was wearing size 24's. Today I tried on about 8 pairs of jeans. I wanted some that fit but were not too loose so I could wear them in a few weeks. I made 2 trips out of the dressing room to get smaller sizes and finally ended up with a size 16. I had to stop in the dressing room and call my mother and share my good news. When she asked me how much they were. I didn't know and didn't give a damn. They were size 16's and I would have taken out a loan to pay for them if needed. denise
