Well, I looked into several options about additional schooling, and decided to go to Technology Center in Norcross and take their PMI/PMP training (project management). It prepares you for tests to be PMI/PMP certified, which should help me get back into computer work - as a project manager or business analyst. Since I took some classes there last year, they are giving me a deal on the cost (Thanks!!). They classes start Jan 3 - from 6-9 pm M-F thru Feb. 1. Then, I have to come up with the money to take the tests!! Still, it's a LOT less than the $30,000 I was quoted to get an Associates degree from Georgia Medical in Respitory Therapy (plus, I already have a BS degree - go figure!!). I'm not sure if my job at Radio Shack will continue after the holidays. It depends on the business at the store, etc. However, I did talk with the manager today about the classes and he said he'd work around them. I'm also getting an interview skills class thrown in, whi*****ludes work on the resume. I'm sure that will be helpful. I'll keep you updated!! Ann in Duluth

Way to go Ann! That sounds like a great plan to me. If there is anything I can do to help, just let me know. Hugs, Debra =^..^=
