First appointment today

Today was my first appointment with the Dr. He said He would do my surgery I just have to do all the pe-op tests and get insurance approval. I also go to see the Nut. Lauran She was so nice and helpful. I learned a lot form Dr. Kent and Lauran. I'm still scared and probably will get more so, but right now I feel relief because I was scared he would say I couldn't have it. Now I just hope all of my test come back good. I have to go to the Hospital to have them. I have to go back to the Dr. on Jan 6th an d he said they would hopefully have a surgery date. I'm so excited!!

Funny though, I have done all my tests and FINALLY today got my insurance approval but I still haven't officially met with Dr Henderson yet.(next week) I did meet him at several other meetings however, not just one on one yet. Don't get discouraged with all the red tape, hang in there and keep the faith. donna
