Great weigh-in this morning!

I'm usually not one to "toot my own horn", but I just have to today. This morning I had my first "official" at-home weigh in. I lost 7.5 pounds last week! I do realize that some of that is the difference between my scales and the one at the doctor's office; however, I worked really hard last week. I just KNOW it's paying off!! I started working out with a trainer last week. I signed up for 3 days/week for a year. It certainly isn't cheap, but it is what is going to really help me lost the weight and get healthy. Plus, the days I don't train, I walk 2 miles.
