Please tell me what I need to do about being constipated? I had my surgery on Nov. 17 th and only have went twice. I'm sure that is not good. I calling my doctor this morning when they open but just wanted to see if guys have any suggestions? Thanks Lisha H

Benefiber works well, plus it doesn't have much of a taste (which is GOOD thing!!). Put a couple of tablespoons in a glass of water, milk, whatever. Hope this helps. Ann in Duluth

1 Tbsp of Benefiber works great! I mix it in my SF Kool Aid, and you don't taste it at all.

I love this place!! Where else can I get such a thrill out of reading about someone's constipation! Haha! It's just so great that we have this place as a reference tool!

Hello Lisha, I hope by this time you have found something to help your constipation (I'm a little late). I've heard of people only going twice a week after surgery. Then I've heard that walking will help speed up the process. I haven't had my surgery, and I'm not sure what will work, but these things seem try-worthy. Hope you've solved your problem though. God Bless, Tiffany.
