I will help out also, I miss her to. We talk almost everyday on her cell phone. Debra & I are very good friends. I live about 7 to 10 minutes from her, I could take the $$$ to her. Here is another option for Debra just in case we can't come up with the 400.00 dollars: Tell her to call Grapevine @ 1-866-259-1000 and they will hook her phone up the next day usually. They don't do a credit check either and they send you a 25.00 certificate toward your first bill. She would have a different number though, but she WOULD have a phone.
