Information needed!

Hey Tonya I have BCBS Blue Choice PPO. My info was submitted to ins on Oct. 15 and I found out on Oct. 28 that I had been approved on Oct. 26. Don't know the direct number to authorization depart. I was told by reps it can take up to 2 weeks. My surgery is scheduled for Dec. 13 if all goes well with stress test. Good luck and Godspeed with that approval. Spice W. (Gloria)
