I don't think thats a stupid question... I was on the phone with my insurance company and they told me that they approved me for my doctor consult, I was so excited! The tricare lady and I were talking about my doctor (Appel), She knew I haven't met him yet. She gave me the name of his office and told me to make the appointment. Then we hung up. I was so excited, that I forgot to get his phone number! So I had to call tricare back and get it... It's the simple stuff that slips your mind the easiest. God Bless, Tiffany.
