Update on Me!

Just figured I would put something out there to let you know I am doing alright. I had a bad week this week, though. My period started and the only thing I could do was puke. I swear the last time I puked this hard I was pregnant with my son. So today I am doing better. After lunch I miraculously stopped puking almost abruptly. I have since downed a half gallon of Crystal Light and feel much better. I have gone from a size 34/36 to a 28 in 4 weeks. I feel like I have lost a total of 50 pounds. Now I can actually see my feet and fit in most chairs I could never fit into. I am truly amazed. I have a hard time with people staring at my husband and I because they think he doesn't feed me, but I am doing better about being nice. I have a Dr's appt next wednesday and I will be weighed again to see if my guess is right. My husband threw away the scale so that the appts are much more fun and the guessing is even funner. I feel funny because my husband has nicknamed me skinny and those words and me have never really mixed. I hope all is doing well and congratulations to those that are having surgery real soon! Holly

Congratulations Holly! I am so happy to hear that you are doing so great. It's wonderful that your husband is so supportive of you! I bet you do have more fun at doctor's appointments finding out how much you've lost. I would think that if I had a scale around after gastric bypass, I would be on it all the time! I'm happy to hear that you aren't puking anymore, I hate that. Keep us posted on how much you lose, next thing you know you'll be in a 20! I can't wait until you get to get to enjoy that! God Bless, Tiffany.

Glad to hear your feeling better. You're smart to drink as much liquids as you can, especially after being so sick for so long. I don't have scales so I can relate to weighing at the Dr's office. Congratulations on the weight loss, I just hope you keep getting better.

That is awesome Holly!! I can't tell you how happy I am that you are now a looser and doing well. I was so upset for you when Dr D's office pulled there stunts! But you persevered and now look at you.....skinny girl! Love ya, Tonya
