Advise please

I can not stand taking chewable vitamins. After calling my doctor office and not getting much help on whatelse i could take, i decided to go to Target today and get some vitamins i can swallow. If i tell you guys what i got can you let me know if i got the right stuff. I got 65mgs of Iron- Ferrous Sulfate. I got 500 + D in Calcium, taking 2 of these. I also got the gerneric version of Centrum taking 2 of these. Am i doing this right. Any advise would help. Also i had Dr Champion, so if any of you are his patient can you tell me what you take. Robin, I wish I could help you with this, but, I take the Optisource vitamin that has everything in it. I can give you the listing of all the vitamins and stuff listed if that will help. Just let me know and I will send it to you. If you need anything else, just yell. Hugs, Debra =^..^=

Centrum is not good. We have a local doctor who says stay away from them! www.dukeandthedoctor.com I take a liquid vitamin. Have you tried those?

I've never heard of Centrum being bad! What have you heard about them? I've been taking the Centrum chewable and haven't had any problems to date. I just had blood tests ran and the only thing low was my B-12 b/c I was due for another shot. My curiosity is up now! TOnya
