PMS HELP PLEASE

A while back I was on the site and someone had written in about something that can be used for PMS. Can anyone give me some help on what I can do or use. Thanks Dawn

I normally go fishing, It doesn't help my wife but it really helps me. jeff

Jeff, you are a wise man, my husband and my boys disappear in the garage and don't stay in the same room with me for atleast a week.
