Slender-Mist by Vita-Mist

Has anyone tried Slender-Mist by Vita-Mist? I have heard it is fantastic to cut the "snack" cravings. Here I am 3 1/2 years post-op and head hunger is coming back.

I don't get to the messageboards very often--I spend all my time trying to help Kricket get the photos assigned to the volunteers but every once in a while I stroll over to the boards just to see what is going on!! One of our photo volunteers tried it and swears by it. She had started having snacking problems and tried the Chocolate Slender Mist and said it was FANTASTIC. I looked at the Vita Mist website and with shipping it is about $21. I live on a tight-tight budget so I sorta like to hear it from the "horses mouth" so to speak before I spend that much money. I know to some people that is not much money at all but to me that is a small fortune!!!!!

Gwen, I am 2 years post op and I know EXACTLY what you mean, when you say that the head hunger is back. I have never heard of this product. Can you tell me what exactly it is? The biggest fear that I have. is gaining weight again, so I would be very interested in any products that may help me.. Thanks, Cathy Martin
