Hoping for WLS, newbie:)

Hi there, I am new to all of this. I am hoping to have surgery I have went to Dr. Duncans seminar and am getting things on track. My insurance is Cigna HMO. I am 32yo, married with 2 children. I so want this surgery Any suggestions or helpful hints would be greatly appreciated Smile, Nalani

I am 2 years post op, and having had my surgery in Ohio, I am not too sure about Dr. Duncans process..I do know that there are several people here who have used him or someone that works with him, so I know you will get lots of help. I know exactly how you feel about wanting the surgery so badly, I was the same way. I guess if I had one piece of advice for you on your mission to get approval and a date, I would be to practice the fine art of PATIENCE!! There will be times you feel frustrated and want to give up, but it is a long tedious process...seems like you are forever having to "hurry up and wait"! LOL! When you are feeling frustrated, come tell us about it, and we will send you a virtual nerve to replace the last one that the doctor's office or insurance company was getting on! LOL!
