my one month update :)

Hi folks , I went for my one month update and everything is doing and going good , I have lost 60 pounds on the nose since oct. 7th , I am so excited , I know it will slow down , but gosh what a start ,, just wanted to share it with everyone . To all *****ad this God Bless . Travis
