6 Months New Pics
Hi everyone - I have not posted in a bit but I am now at 6 months post op and have lost 90 lbs. The weight loss has slowed down a little bit averaging about 6 to 8 lbs. per month but I am still happy with it. I have lost a lot of hair but that is slowing also. I have a few friends who need this surgery badly but will not make the final decision to do so. My hypertension is gone and I can walk all day. My son Andrew (age 21) had his surgery at the same time I had mine and has lost about 120 lbs. His life has changed. He has gone from staying in the house all the time to never being home. Blessings to all *****ad this post. Because of my new and improved eating habits I am optimistic that I will continue to lose and would recommend this surgery to anyone who needs it.
Hello Lisa! First let me say congratulations! I am so happy for you, and your son It's wonderful. And about your hair - short cuts are in anyway...lol Well let me introduce myself. I'm Tiffany. I would like to have the surgery as well. I am delighted to find that your son is 21. I am 21 also. I was just wondering what he thinks about the surgery. Everyone that I've talked to is great, and they are all very supportive, but they are much older than I am. I was hoping to find someone closer to my age that is considering or has got the surgery done. I am depressed and I also have social anxiety so I don't leave the house either. I often have panic attacks when I'm alone and in public places. I'm lucky to have wonderful friends, and they all support me, but I would like to talk to someone that has this in common with me. If he would like to he can email me at [email protected] Thank you so much for your time and again congrats on your success. I wish you and your family the very best.
God Bless, Tiffany
