European Body Wraps

If you were one that went to Dr. Burrowes' support group last week you heard from a speaker Dawn LeClair owner of European Body Wraps in Stockbridge. Well, I went and had their triple inch wrap done just to expirence it myself....(I'm stubborn - I know). I lost 12" all over in the first visit! The "After instructions" are pretty simple, drink a gallon of water a day for the next 3 days. THIS is hard to do. I barely get in 40 oz - now they want me to drink 128oz? What a kick to the system this is! The actual wrap was great.....very relaxing. They first spray the solution on your body, the they wrap you in ace bandages that have been soaking in solution. (You look like a mummy at this point...LOL). The first session you get to have the sauna free. The sauna is supposed to help burn an additional 600 - 1200 calories per 30 minute session. WOW it was HOT in there! My skin has this glorious glow to it....but I haven't seen it start to pull back in. They tell you that you won't see these results until typically after the 3rd or 4th visit. I haven't if I am going back yet or not.....I think if I were made of money I'd have no doubts about going back....but I'm not so lucky!!! Just thought I'd pass this on!

They do give you some water to drink while in the Sauna, which is a good thing.... the whole process took about an hour and a half. My appointment was at 5:45 and I was out of there by 7:20 (Then spent another hour in the gym working out...LOL) They do offer a lot more services.
