Oprah~Gastric Bypass Patient

I got to watch part of the Oprah show today in which she had a lady who had lost over 300 pounds due to the gastric bypass operation. I'm glad someone wants to show the other side of the story as well. I don't know if anyone else got to see the show today, but I was very glad to see Oprah showing that side of things. Oprah has struggled with her weight most of her life. Therefore, I feel she understands it alot better than some executive at a T.V. station that thrives on ratings. Sincerely, Jamie

Jamie, the show was very good. I watched the tape with my husband and he stated "don't tape over that show, very good source of encouragement". Hoorah for DH. The lady appeared very comfortable telling her story and Oprah was very caring with her questions. TammieG.

Did Oprah have the surgery? She's looking awfully skinny these days.
