Trying again.....

I have struggled with weight all my life and both sides of my family have eating issues on one side or the other. I have decided to use my profile here and posting here in an honest (very honest) effort on my part to finally win the battles as well as the war. Just wanted to say hello. Trixie Belden was one of my favorite charectars when I was little so I am using her name to post with........ Just wanted to say hi. Trixie

Got in some vigorous activity cleaning for about an hour, I feel better emotionally but awful physically, chest and back hurt and nauseaus. Better stop for now. Took action at least. TB
