New picture ? how long does it take?

I've been trying for weeks now to get my new updated picture on this board and I've emailed them twice... how long does it take for the change??? Any suggestions welcome I'm tired of looking at this old picture of myself!

ok I got it in my profile changed but I want it to replace my B&W pic ... how do I do that?
