Job news???

Well, I never did hear from Delta - don't know if someone else was hired, the job is on hold or what. So. . . I applied at Target, WalMart & Kohls for seasonal work. I've got an interview at Kohls tomorrow afternoon. Also, my oldest son (22) works for Radio Shack and he sent me and my youngest (he's 20!!) to the Radio Shack hiring seminar tonight. We've each got second interviews tomorrow. All of this is for seasonal, but at least it's work!! So, hopefully something will work out soon. I've NEVER worked in a retail store before. My first job was as a typist during the summer at the State Attorney's office in Florida. One of the questions they asked me tonight was tell me about a time you had a goal and met it. I told them about my WLS - since I'd lost my job because of being out sick too much, I decided I needed to get healthy and I had WLS. I'll keep you posted!! Ann in Duluth PS I put on some pants today to go to the grocery - I hadn't worn them in a couple of weeks. Boy, are they BIG. They have a drawstring in the waist, so I'm not going to lose them, but they sure were baggy in the behind!!
